About MultiTask Diary

MultiTask Diary (MTD) is an Android app in which users can enter their day to day expenses or purchases. App will calculate data as per input given by users. User can view their all data, they can edit and delete their data. Data backup /restore option also there in app. Users can save and share their data in pdf as well as excel format.

Help and Support

Data Entry

To enter data (such as purchase or sale) user needs to select Date, Purchase or Sale, Item Name (custom item input also available), Unit of item, Quantity and either Price per unit or Total price. If user put price per unit, total price will be auto calculated and vice versa.

Data filtration

As per selected date range data can be filtered for pdf/excel sharing. [Filter Data Date Range wise]

As per selected items within date range data can be filtered for pdf/excel sharing. [Filter Data Date range and Item name wise]

Users can put their data as sale or purchase. They can see profit or loss as per their data input. [View Profit Loss]

Note: For pdf/excel file generation Date range filtration is compulsory.

Custom Item Name

If user could not find any item name as per their need in preloaded dropdown item list, they can put item of their own. Just click on "Other" at bottom of list, then put their own custom item. Then again touch on Other at input field and select their item name (typed at input dialog) from list at bottom.

Image to Pdf

Users can also convert images to pdf file in MultiTask Diary App. Just select images from mobile and convert to pdf. During convertion they can scale the image size on A4 page.

Pdf, Excel sheet Generation and Share

Before Pdf or excel sheet generation / share users need to select date range. They can filter item name wise but within date range to generate pdf or excel. Sale or purchase items can also be filtered within date range.

Optional input during Pdf file generation

On pdf file (A4 page) users can optionally put date, name, organization name, address. Affer generation of pdf file these optional inputs will be visible along with entered data.

Data backup

Users can backup their data in mobile storage (inside Documents folder. Documents >MultiTask-Diary>Multitaskdiary.db file. Other user generated pdf and excel files also stored here.).

Note: - In case of uninstallation of App and reinstall if user try to Backup/Restore database, backup will be failed (provided backup done in previous installation). For backup/restore again user needs to be removed or deleted "Multitaskdiary.db" file from MultiTaskDiary folder. See below image.
